JULY 9 - 20 is the planned time for the Crossroads Team from Grey, TN. Andy
Caldwell is the leader and this team will be coming in 2009 for the second year in a
row. Travel dates are firm and we hope that the entire team will be able to travel
and be in Honduras for the entire 11 days of amazing work.
Cost: As of today, it looks like the cost will be $1450 per person. In 2009, we will be
working together to raise a benevolent work fund of about $200 per person. The
work fund is what allows us to build, feed, and work in our favorite communities.
Our Work: In 2009, we will be doing many of the same things that we grew to love in
2008. We will build houses - and perhaps another school building, we will be feeding
people through food purchases and delivery, we will feed people in the Tegucigalpa
city dump, we will be able to work in feeding centers too. Additionally we will be a
part of a new church plant, we will be working in the area hospitals and children's
homes.
