| TORCH MISSIONS Training Of Redeemed Christians Heaven-bound |
Welcome to the home page of the Tindall TORCH Team. our team
include Borger, TX; St Louis / Fairview Heights, Starkville, MS;
Charlotte, NC; Orlando, FL; & Gulfport, MS. We are limiting our
team to about 80 people and we expect to be full by March 1, 2009.
The cost of this year's mission to Honduras is expected to be $1450
and everyone that commits to be on the team will also be
committing to raising a minimum of $200 for our working funds.
Our work in 2009 will be challenging. all of our teams will be
working toward a couple of exciting projects. The Tegucigalpa
project will be in a community called Villeda Morales. The end of
summer group worked in Villeda Morales building a few houses and
working with the community in evangelism and we saw that the
community needs a "light". We are planning to work in this
community to plant a church. In the process we will be working
with kids, feeding people, building a church building, and being
Jesus to the people of the area.
There is another new area that we will also be working in a
community about 35km from Choluteca. We will be working to
plant another church. In conjunction, we will be building a feeding
center for the children of the area and a number of other amazing
projects.
